You may choose to enter pet names, owner contact details, emergency contact details, allergy notes, feeding instructions, travel notes, boarding notes, images, template selections, and similar care information. You decide what to include and should avoid entering information that you do not want stored or shared.
If you contact support, we may receive the information you include in your message and any technical details needed to respond.
3. Device and Platform Information
The app and related pages may process basic technical information, such as device type, app version, language settings, operating system information, crash or diagnostic information, and standard network or browser data. Apple and the App Store may also process purchase, download, and device information under their own terms and privacy rules.
4. How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate app features, generate QR codes, create printable or exportable files, save local records, show template or Coin states, complete App Store purchase flows, respond to support requests, maintain app reliability, and protect the app from misuse.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use pet care details to make medical, veterinary, financial, or emergency decisions for you.
5. Local Records and Retention
Saved pet profiles, QR payloads, template choices, export history, and similar records may be stored locally on your device. Local records remain until you delete them, clear app data, or remove the app, subject to device backup and platform behavior.
When you export an image, PDF, or other file, the copy you create may be stored outside the app. Retention of that exported file depends on where you save it and with whom you share it.
6. Service Providers and Legal Disclosure
We may rely on Apple, App Store services, hosting providers, analytics or diagnostic tools, and other service providers that help us deliver, improve, protect, or support the app. These providers may process limited information only as needed for their services.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security needs, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the app, or others.
7. Your Choices and Requests
You can choose what information to enter, edit saved records, delete local records where the app provides that option, avoid optional exports, and decide whether to print or share a tag file. You can also manage app permissions and App Store purchase settings through your device or Apple account settings.

Pawrobe is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided personal information through the app without appropriate permission, they may contact us so we can review the request.
